•Phase I Training: “Tackling The Issue of Nutrition”: This training package is a minimum of (4) sessions. This consists of either in-home food sampling and weekly food prep sessions or weekly on-the-phone counseling/coaching sessions that include client weigh-ins and weekly recommended meal designs (sent by the trainer via email) that have been created and properly balanced to please the individual’s palate. These recipes have step-by-step food prep directions and include the meals nutritional breakout information.
*Please note that I am not a licensed nutritionist…these meal designs are recommendations only.
-The focus is on introducing healthier eating alternatives that will fuel and feed your body in the right way as well as instilling the concept and importance of portion control, caloric intake, and eating on schedule to keep your metabolism going strong. Note: Depending upon the client’s level of fitness, low-impact stretches and cardiovascular exercises may be recommended to prep the body for the next phase of training.
-Other Miscellaneous Services: Kitchen clean-up (includes de-cluttering your kitchen work space, cleaning out and re-organizing your pantry and refrigerator), grocery shopping (accompanying the client at his/her local grocery store to ensure the client’s understanding on making more informed food choices). All of these elements are important to ensure that the client establishes a solid foundation to begin his/her new healthy living transformation.
*Additional phases of training will begin upon client’s success with Phase I.
•Phase II Training: “Toning and Sculpting the Body”: This training package is a minimum of (4) sessions that will introduce your body to progressive exercises that will promote stability, balance, and flexibility while strengthening your core and overall body musculature. Also within this phase of training the client will be introduced to effective fat-burning methods while performing cardio vascular exercise(s).
Please understand that I am not a miracle worker, but the concept of Lean By Design can make you the miracle worker in your own life! I can empower you with knowledge and provide a good foundation to begin your lifelong journey to healthy living. It doesn’t have to be done overnight, but it DOES have to be done every day.
